If you want a live wallpaper but no money to buy wallpaper engine just download lively wallpaper its completely free and there is a website tok where you can downlaid live wallpapers

you can use transparent tb from the store and get a full transparent task bar for free. Also use lively wallpaper for free wallpapers

You could even make it cleaner by downloading TransculentTB which will give you the ability to completely make your taskbar transparent, looks really great with Wallpaper Engine
